Even as the party in power recognises unemployment as one of the nation`s major social and economic problems, any initiative to reforming the age-old system and policy is yet to be taken. Unless the old policy is replaced by a specific, dynamic one and a long-term goal is set, no shot-term effort will likely go far enough to change the condition. A recent study has revealed that the total population of Bangladesh is 150,448,339.
